For owners who opt for the full management service on their Tenerife property. This service includes providing clients for rentals, cleaning and laundry service. Complementary spruce up clean and key holding is included. Also a 24-hour emergency contact number for your guests.
A full inventory is required for all properties under the full management service.
Property description and photos will be advertised on websites and newspaper advertisements.
Our aim is that your guests leave happy with a good impression wanting to re-visit your property.

Wear and tear and small breakages is to be expected. However if you the owner prefers we can take a deposit on arrival to cover any damages. On departure a check of the inventory will be done. Any minor purchases i.e. cups/glasses will be made and the cost deducted from the rent. This will be itemised on a monthly invoice. Any large damage will be reported to you by a telephone call prior to any repairs or replacements being ordered.
You will need to have at least 3 sets of linen per bed and 3 sets of towels per person for the maximum occupancy. Each bed will require a pillow and a bedspread or throw.
Plain white sheets and towels are recommended to achieve a crisp fresh laundered look.
3 tea towels and a bathmat are also required.
It is nice to have a couple of extra pillows in case a guest prefers to sleep with 2.
When we provide the booking only and no domestic service is required (i.e. when you have your own cleaning in place) we will contact you the owner to check availability prior to taking the booking. We will pick up the key from the key holder.
All deposits and payments will be made then directly through sunshine properties then paid to the owner at the end of the month after the guest’s departure.
v.i.p meet & greet service and welcome packs are available for these guests.
We take security very seriously. All our keys are catalogued numbered only and kept in a secure key box.
We require a minimum of 2 sets of keys and 3 sets of keys for a 3 bedroom up property. An emergency call out is available for a fee.
A spruce up clean can be arranged for your arrival. This is complementary for owners who have our full management service.
This service is available for everyone. You or your guests will be met at the airport and taken direct to their accommodation. They will be met with the key for their apartment and a map of where it is situated. Payable at time of booking.
A welcome pack can be ordered and provided in the accommodation for when you or your guests arrive. This is payable at the time of booking.
Car hire and V.I.P. excursions can be arranged for guests. Pre-bookable in the u.k. or locally.
For your complete peace of mind we can offer a lock changing facility, security grills for windows, door and patios.
